I had the chance to meet Elis’ sweet big brother Owen, last year. Owen was a little camera shy during his session, so Mummy and I prepared ourselves and made sure we had tricks up our sleeves for his baby brother’s session!

Owen came along with his V-Tech camera and within 10 minutes, we were the best of friends. It was great to have an assistant and I was even able to capture some special individual portraits of him, for Mummy, Daddy and his grandparents. By the end of the session, Owen was asking me to photograph him!

Elis took his big brother’s lead and an absolute super star as well. He was keen to stay awake at the beginning, because he didn’t want to miss out, but eventually fell off into a nice deep sleep. I loved my cuddles with him during his session and was so pleased when I captured a smile, during a moment he had with his Mummy.

This was my last newborn session before lockdown and every time I look at Elis’ gallery, it brings a smile to my face. I hope it does the same for you too.

Stay safe and stay well.
